You will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them address evolving cybersecurity, compliance, regulatory, and technology challenges.

This is an ideal opportunity for a proven enterprise seller who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong hunter mentality.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive new business: Lead outbound prospecting and demand-generation initiatives to acquire net-new enterprise clients, while qualifying and following up on inbound opportunities in partnership with marketing and business development teams.
  • Build strategic account plans: Develop account strategies covering stakeholder mapping, opportunity prioritization, relationship development, and pursuit plans across assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Own the full sales cycle: Manage opportunities from initial discovery and qualification through solution positioning, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Expand existing accounts: Build trusted relationships with clients, understand evolving business needs, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across compliance and cybersecurity services.
  • Protect client relationships: Maintain a minimum 90% renewal rate across assigned accounts through proactive engagement, strong account management, and consistent delivery of client value.
  • Engage executive stakeholders: Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite leaders, including CISOs, CIOs, CFOs, and other senior decision-makers, on cybersecurity and compliance priorities.
  • Lead client engagements: Conduct executive presentations, workshops, proposal meetings, and strategic conversations that demonstrate a strong understanding of client challenges and business objectives.
  • Stay current on the market: Monitor cybersecurity trends, regulatory developments, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies to provide relevant and informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with delivery, marketing, legal, and other internal teams to coordinate resources, develop compelling solutions, and provide a seamless buyer experience.
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting: Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and forecast information in Salesforce and provide leadership with clear visibility into deal progress and revenue projections.
  • Report on performance: Prepare and present quarterly business reviews and account updates while maintaining repeatable processes for qualification, deal review, and pipeline progression.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of enterprise B2B sales or account management experience, ideally within cybersecurity, compliance, technology consulting, or professional services.
  • Proven quota achievement: Demonstrated success consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar annual sales quotas.
  • Enterprise selling expertise: Strong track record selling complex solutions to C-suite stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, CFOs, and other senior executives.
  • Consultative sales skills: Ability to develop strategic account plans, conduct value-based discovery, navigate long sales cycles, and position complex solutions around customer business needs.
  • Hunter mentality: Demonstrated success acquiring net-new logos while also expanding and retaining existing enterprise accounts.
  • Commercial expertise: Strong negotiation, closing, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales technology proficiency: Experience using Salesforce and other sales engagement, pipeline management, and forecasting tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as required for client engagements and business development.
  • Cybersecurity knowledge: Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, GRC, cloud security, or IT risk management is highly desirable.
  • Compliance expertise: Familiarity with frameworks and standards such as FedRAMP, PCI, SOC, ISO, or HITRUST is a strong advantage.
  • Growth-environment experience: Prior experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced consulting, technology, or services organization is beneficial.
  • Personal qualities: Results-oriented, commercially driven, resilient, proactive, and comfortable managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
Benefits:
  • Base salary: $88,000–$150,000 per year, with actual compensation determined by factors including location, education, training, experience, licensure, and certifications.
  • Additional compensation: Eligibility for annual incentive, commission, and/or recognition programs.
  • Flexible work model: Remote-friendly environment with flexibility around where and when you work most effectively.
  • Insurance: Comprehensive insurance options to support employees and their families.
  • Paid parental leave: Support for employees welcoming new family members.
  • Flexible time off: Paid time off designed to support wellbeing and work-life balance.
  • Professional development: Certification and training reimbursement to support continued career growth.
