  • Navigate complex enterprise buying processes and stakeholder groups while maintaining momentum through lengthy sales cycles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
  • 5+ years of consultative enterprise sales experience, preferably within healthcare technology or related solutions.
  • Proven track record of selling to executive-level healthcare stakeholders, including hospital and health system leaders.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare organizations and their strategic, operational, and financial challenges.
  • Ideally, deep experience in health system revenue cycle management, particularly mid-cycle functions such as coding and clinical documentation improvement, through sales, consulting, or delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and translate them into compelling, effective solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Strong enterprise selling and business development skills, with experience managing complex sales cycles from initial prospecting through close.
  • Dynamic and engaging presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex or abstract concepts for executive audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with significant ownership and accountability.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 60% as required.
Benefits
  • Base salary range of $150,000–$185,000, plus commission and equity.
