This senior-level role sits at the intersection of AI, marketing operations, analytics, and revenue growth within a complex B2B technology environment.
You will lead AI- and analytics-driven initiatives that improve demand generation, pipeline velocity, attribution, and conversion efficiency.
The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on ownership of marketing technology, data, automation, and AI-enabled processes.
You will partner closely with marketing, sales, business development, product marketing, revenue operations, and data teams.
Your work will help transform complex customer and buying-group data into actionable strategies and measurable business outcomes.
The role offers significant influence over how emerging AI capabilities are integrated into marketing operations and go-to-market execution.
Success will depend on your ability to balance innovation, analytical rigor, operational discipline, and clear communication with senior stakeholders.
- Lead AI marketing operations: Serve as a strategic advisor to marketing leadership and drive AI- and analytics-enabled initiatives that strengthen demand generation and revenue performance.
- Develop demand unit strategies: Design, deploy, and optimize demand unit-based marketing models, including buying-group identification, intent-based segmentation, and multi-touch attribution across campaigns and channels.
- Apply AI to revenue growth: Align predictive scoring, account-intent modeling, next-best-action engines, and other AI applications with demand unit frameworks to improve pipeline velocity and conversion efficiency.
- Optimize marketing technology: Evaluate, implement, and improve MarTech solutions spanning data enrichment, personalization, attribution, marketing automation, and AI-powered campaign optimization.
- Manage marketing systems: Leverage platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, and related technologies while supporting AI and advanced analytics integrations.
- Strengthen analytics and attribution: Use AI-enhanced analytics, visualization, predictive modeling, and funnel progression analysis to improve forecasting, campaign performance, and ROI measurement.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration: Partner with demand generation, BDR, sales, product marketing, revenue operations, and data science teams to align marketing initiatives with broader go-to-market objectives.
- Lead teams and agencies: Manage small to mid-sized teams or external agencies, establish clear OKRs, and drive measurable improvements in AI-enabled marketing performance.
- Translate data into business value: Turn complex technical models and analytical findings into clear recommendations, commercial insights, and ROI narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Oversee responsible AI practices: Incorporate data privacy, governance, security, and ethical AI principles into marketing automation and data-driven initiatives.
- Manage strategic execution: Lead projects across evolving priorities and technology landscapes while maintaining operational rigor, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience leading AI- or analytics-driven marketing initiatives, with demonstrated success translating emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes.
- Proven experience designing and optimizing demand unit-based marketing models, buying-group identification, intent-based segmentation, and multi-touch attribution.
- Demonstrated ability to connect AI applications such as predictive scoring, account-intent modeling, and next-best-action engines to revenue and conversion objectives.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, including Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, or comparable systems.
- Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems, including data enrichment, personalization, attribution, workflow automation, and AI-powered campaign optimization.
- Advanced knowledge of demand unit frameworks, buying-group analytics, funnel progression modeling, and marketing performance measurement.
- Experience with AI-enhanced analytics and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Clari, Tableau, or Looker, as well as predictive modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with data integration and workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Tray.io, Snowflake, or API-based MarTech integrations.
- Working knowledge of machine learning concepts—including predictive analytics, NLP, clustering, and recommendation models—as applied to marketing automation.
- Advanced Excel or Python skills for data transformation and insight generation are preferred.
- Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or complex enterprise go-to-market environments, particularly those involving long sales cycles and multi-persona buying processes.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, governance, security, and ethical AI principles relevant to marketing data and automation.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership experience, including managing teams or agencies, establishing OKRs, and delivering measurable performance improvements.
- Strategic and structured thinker who can connect AI, analytics, demand strategy, and revenue outcomes.
- Excellent communication, influencing, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Curious, iterative mindset with the ability to balance innovation with operational discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field required.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics, AI/ML, or an MBA with an analytics focus.
- Preferred: Certifications in SiriusDecisions Demand Waterfall, Salesforce AI, advanced MarTech operations, or related disciplines.
- Annual on-target earnings: Approximately $160,000–$195,000 USD, including base salary and bonus.
