Job Summary
You will be responsible for understanding our client's business needs and crafting innovative technical solutions to address those needs. You will collaborate with clients, lead pre-sales activities, evaluate technologies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. In addition to your technical expertise, your consultative and pre-sales support skills will be instrumental in winning new business and deepening existing client relationships.

Job Objectives
- Ensure seamless collaboration in pre-sales discussions, leading to the articulation of tailored technical solutions that align precisely with client objectives.
- Drive the creation of innovative and robust technical solutions through collaborative pre-sales efforts, comprehensive architecture design, and successful proof of concept development.
- Optimize project delivery through proactive technical support, collaboration with project managers, and staying abreast of industry trends, while actively contributing to internal process improvement and knowledge sharing.
Job Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Consultation
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Collaborate in pre-sales discussions to gather requirements and formulate technical solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored technical solutions to address client needs.
Solutions Development and Architecture
- Develop and design comprehensive technical solutions that align with client objectives.
- Architect end-to-end solutions for clients, considering both cloud and on-premises environments.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems, including cloud solutions, CMS solutions, ERP/CRM solutions, mobile and web applications.
- Design IT infrastructure for various systems, ensuring compatibility, security, and performance.
- Evaluate technologies and solutions from delivery partners to ensure they meet client requirements and compliance standards.
- Conduct periodic audits of current infrastructure & architecture and recommend enhancements & augmentations to manage the evolving needs of clients.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, specifications, and implementation plans.
Technical Pre-Sales & POCs
- Lead technical pre-sales activities, including presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Translate client requirements into technical solutions and proposals, working closely with the Development team.
- Work closely with the sales team to articulate the technical value proposition and address client inquiries.
- Develop and deliver proof of concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions.
- Address technical concerns and modify solutions based on client feedback.
Project Engagement & Support
- Provide technical and troubleshooting guidance and support to the delivery team throughout project implementation phase, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the technical specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and delivery team to align technical solutions with project goals.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including technology partners, to foster strong relationships, to explore potential collaborations and to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
Continuous Improvement & Documentation:
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and methodologies.
- Share insights with internal teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions.
- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
Licenses & Certifications
- MCSE/ MCSA, CCNA, RedHat, Azure/ AWS certifications will be an added advantage.
- DevOps.
Previous Work Experience
- 10+years of overall experience with 5+ years in a Technical Pre-sales role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level technologies, including cloud computing, networking, and security.
- Should have hands-on experience in managing production 24/7 high availability, multi-site enterprise environment, including application hosting, Managed Services, Monitoring Services, Data networks, Security, and Information Protection
- Exposure to ITIL concepts and adoption
- Experience with comprehensive disaster recovery architecture, Business Continuity Planning, and operations, and redundant, highly available server and network architectures.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in creating and delivering technical training sessions or workshops.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
