Job Description

Location: Remote (Must reside within a 2-hour driving distance of Bentonville, AR)
Full-Time, Exempt

Position Summary
We're seeking an organized and client-focused Brand Manager to serve as the primary brand steward and trusted advisor for assigned accounts. This role is responsible for maintaining brand integrity, managing brand standards, and ensuring consistent execution across print, digital, and environmental brand touchpoints.
The ideal candidate has experience in brand management, account management, or marketing and excels at building client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring every project aligns with established brand standards. This position plays a critical role in delivering accurate, compliant, and impactful brand experiences for nationally recognized clients.

Compensation & Benefits
● Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually

What You'll Do
● Serve as the primary point of contact for brand-related communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams
● Develop, maintain, and distribute brand standards, guidelines, and supporting documentation
● Ensure brand consistency across print, digital, signage, and marketing materials
● Audit brand assets and collateral to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved standards
● Review creative deliverables and provide brand guidance prior to production or client presentation
● Collaborate with design, marketing, sales, web, and production teams to support successful brand execution
● Manage and maintain approved brand assets, templates, and reference materials
● Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews as the brand subject matter expert
● Maintain assigned websites and digital content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand alignment
● Conduct periodic reviews of digital and print materials to identify and correct outdated or non-compliant content
● Support brand rollouts, product launches, and implementation projects
● Recommend process improvements that enhance brand consistency and client experience

What You’ll Bring
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
● 3+ years of experience in brand management, account management, marketing, or a related field
● Strong understanding of brand standards, brand identity systems, and brand governance
● Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
● Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
● Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and related business software

Travel Requirements
● Up to 20% travel, including occasional overnight travel
