This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Engagement Manager, NetSuite Consulting based in Canada.
You will take on a senior client-facing leadership role within a high-performing NetSuite consulting practice, overseeing the successful delivery of complex ERP implementations across diverse industries.
In this position, you will act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on delivery leader, guiding clients through full-cycle transformation programs from discovery to post-go-live support.
You will manage and mentor consulting teams while ensuring high-quality execution across configuration, integration, data migration, and business process design.
Your work will directly influence how organizations modernize their operations, optimize workflows, and unlock value from NetSuite solutions.
In addition to delivery ownership, you will contribute to practice growth through client advisory, scope definition, and support of business development efforts.
This role is ideal for a seasoned NetSuite expert who thrives in complex environments, balances strategy with execution, and enjoys leading both people and projects.
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects across all phases including Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, and Support.
- Manage and mentor teams of consultants and analysts, ensuring successful delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and business process reengineering initiatives.
- Oversee solution design activities including functional configuration, system architecture, and documentation of requirements and design specifications.
- Ensure effective execution of key project activities such as UAT, SIT, data migration, go-live cutover, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver custom solutions using SuiteCloud tools and integrations where required.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while maintaining high delivery standards and client satisfaction.
- Lead project governance activities including status reporting, risk management, and change control processes.
- Support pre-sales efforts including solution scoping, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Contribute to internal initiatives such as knowledge sharing, practice development, and delivery methodology improvements.
- 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite consulting, implementation, and configuration experience with multiple full-cycle ERP implementations.
- Proven experience managing consulting teams and leading complex client engagements in a delivery or engagement management role.
- Strong expertise in NetSuite configuration, SuiteCloud Platform tools (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk), and system integrations.
- Solid background in business process design, ERP transformation, and functional solution architecture.
- Experience leading data migration strategies and executing go-live cutover activities in enterprise environments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining control over scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with sound judgment in complex client and delivery scenarios.
- NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator) strongly preferred.
- Background in finance, supply chain, or related enterprise domains is highly valued.
