Job Description
The Data Coordinator supports the Grants Director in coordinating, implementing, and maintaining data collection systems across all programs and services within ACG Health. The incumbent must be highly detail-oriented, with the ability to accurately manage and navigate data entry systems while ensuring data integrity and compliance with reporting requirements.
Business Hours: 9AM to 4PM

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $55,000–$65,000. Compensation is determined based on experience and qualifications. In certain circumstances, offers may fall outside of the listed range. This position is non-exempt.
Responsibilities:
Data Systems Management
- Maintain and manage Data Integration System (DIS), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates across all connected data sources
- Perform data entry, maintenance, and quality assurance in CAREWare, including client-level data required for Ryan White Program reporting
- Maintain and support data operations in eClinicalWorks (ECW),
- Monitor data system performance and coordinate with applicable third party and clinical staff to resolve discrepancies or data integrity issues
Reporting & Data Operations
- Enter client-level data into data systems as required by federal, state, and local funders; ensure compliance with all reporting requirements and deadlines
- Submit required reports to funders accurately and on time
- Produce data reports for internal use across clinical, administrative, and grant management functions
Data Vendor Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external data system vendors
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding system updates, troubleshooting, enhancements, and user access
- Document and escalate vendor issues as needed; communicate status updates to leadership
CQM Team Participation & Support
- Serve as an active member of the Clinical Quality Management (CQM) team, participating in regular meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Support CQM activities, including performance measure tracking, gap-in-care identification, and outcome monitoring
- Support the design and evaluation of clinical and programmatic interventions by providing relevant data sets and reporting outputs
General Responsibilities

- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of three (3) years of data entry experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within a Ryan White-funded clinic or similar healthcare environment
- Previous experience with the CAREWare data management system required
- Prior experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Excel, Word, and Teams
- Experience working in social services, public health, or community-based organizations preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record maintenance
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Work Conditions:
- Stationary, in an in-office environment with the possibility of one (1) remote day
- Exposed to hazards of the office such as files cabinet drawers, desk drawers, boxes being delivered that may need to be moved and or picked up
- Subject to paper cuts
- Prolonged, extensive, or considerate periods seated or standing and using computer
- Able to look at a computer screen for longer periods of time
- Occasional stooping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching
- Occasional lifting of equipment or supplies (up to 25lbs).
