Program Analyst & Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Program Analyst & Coordinator based in Australia.

This role sits at the core of large-scale digital transformation programmes within complex public healthcare environments. You will play a key part in ensuring delivery governance, reporting accuracy, and structured coordination across multiple interconnected projects and workstreams. Acting as a central link between program managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders, you will help maintain clarity, alignment, and execution discipline across all phases of the programme lifecycle. The role combines analytical coordination with high-quality documentation and governance support, ensuring all programme artefacts are decision-ready and accessible. You will also contribute to improving visibility on risks, dependencies, and delivery progress across a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment. This is an opportunity to support meaningful healthcare innovation while working in a structured PMO setting where precision and communication are critical.

Accountabilities:

Support the coordination and governance of complex, multi-workstream healthcare programmes, ensuring structured delivery, accurate reporting, and strong stakeholder alignment.

  • Coordinate programme activities across projects, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery status.
  • Support end-to-end programme lifecycle execution from discovery through to deployment and stabilization.
  • Prepare and maintain governance materials including dashboards, executive reports, and steering committee packs.
  • Monitor risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution tracking across stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality technical and operational documentation such as runbooks, process flows, and implementation guides.
  • Manage programme repositories and ensure documentation is structured, version-controlled, and easily accessible.
  • Facilitate stakeholder coordination across technical, clinical, and business teams to ensure alignment and delivery continuity.
Requirements:

Experience in program coordination, PMO support, or project delivery roles within complex, structured environments.

  • 3–7 years of experience supporting multi-project programmes, ideally in healthcare, public sector, or enterprise settings.
  • Strong capability in governance reporting, documentation, and structured programme tracking.
  • Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, usable artefacts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment within cross-functional teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and market standards
  • Remote-first working arrangement with flexibility across Australia-based locations
  • Opportunity to contribute to large-scale healthcare transformation programmes
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with technical, clinical, and executive stakeholders
  • Professional development opportunities within structured delivery and PMO environments
  • Inclusive and collaborative work culture focused on innovation and impact in healthcare
  • Possibility of occasional travel for key stakeholder or programme engagements
