About the Role:

The Wetline Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining wetline equipment used in the production of various products. This position ensures that all machinery functions efficiently and safely, contributing directly to the quality and consistency of the final product. The operator is responsible for monitoring equipment performance, making necessary adjustments, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime. Collaboration with maintenance and quality control teams is essential to uphold production standards and meet operational targets. Ultimately, the Wetline Operator helps maintain a smooth production flow, ensuring that output meets both company and regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating industrial machinery or wetline equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in industrial equipment operation or maintenance.
  • Experience working in a food, beverage, or chemical manufacturing setting.
