  • Partner with marketing leadership, U.S. and European sales teams, senior management, and cross-functional stakeholders to advise on strategic initiatives.
  • Adapt marketing strategies and tactics based on voice-of-customer feedback, changing market conditions, emerging technologies, and competitive developments.
  • Foster a purpose-driven, collaborative environment aligned with organizational values and strategic priorities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in cardiovascular medical device marketing, preferably involving coronary, structural heart, or peripheral vascular technologies and relevant customer call points.
  • Proven experience in medical technology product management and/or product marketing, including successful launches of novel products and market-development initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of clinical practice and research within relevant IVL markets, with the ability to translate clinical evidence into compelling marketing communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with sales teams and develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Strong market research, competitive intelligence, data analysis, positioning, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions while balancing strategic priorities, customer insights, and commercial objectives.
  • Adaptability and agility when responding to changing requirements, emerging trends, and new market information.
  • Strong execution skills, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a highly collaborative, cross-functional team.
