The ideal candidate is analytical, user-focused, technically comfortable, and energized by using AI to make lifecycle marketing more effective.
Own the lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across the full user journey, from account creation and onboarding through paid conversion, increased product usage, retention, and churn reduction.
Manage and continuously improve onboarding, nurture, retention, win-back, newsletter, and promotional email programs.
Increase free-to-paid conversion rates by developing timely, relevant, and motivating communications aligned with user needs and the B2B buying cycle.

Manage multiple projects, processes, and internal and external stakeholders while maintaining clear communication and delivery.
Continuously identify opportunities to incorporate AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini into lifecycle marketing workflows.
Take ownership of the ongoing improvement of lifecycle processes, campaigns, and systems.
5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with demonstrated success building onboarding and nurture programs that contribute to sales pipeline, revenue, and retention in a product-led growth environment.
Strong understanding of B2B user behavior and buying cycles, with the ability to create communications that are timely, relevant, educational, and motivating.
Proven ability to own lifecycle marketing strategy, execution, experimentation, and optimization across multiple channels, including email, cold email, paid media, social, affiliates, and partnerships.
Strong analytical skills and experience using both quantitative and qualitative data to make marketing decisions, evaluate campaigns, and optimize conversion rates.
Demonstrated project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and maintain alignment across internal and external teams.
Strong user empathy and curiosity, with the ability to translate customer challenges into messaging that drives engagement, product usage, and brand affinity.
Comfortable working with marketing and productivity technologies, including platforms such as Customer.io, WordPress or similar CMS tools, Canva, PostHog, Linear, Notion, and AI assistants.
Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows and a willingness to continuously experiment with new AI-enabled approaches.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively through both traditional and AI-assisted workflows.
