Lifeline Program Assistant Position Summary

The primary function of a Lifeline Program Assistant is to provide assistance to enhance the Care Sage Program for patients discharged from TidalHealth, as well as clerical and technical support to the TidalHealth Lifeline Program. Installs Lifeline monitoring equipment, performs service calls to existing subscribers, and performs other Lifeline office and customer service functions as needed.

Lifeline Program Assistant Position Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED preferred.
• Computer skills and knowledge required.
• Ability to learn other computer applications and software may be required.
• Typing 50-60 wmp.
• Active Driver’s License
• Valid Car Insurance
• One year to three years.
• Data entry experience preferred.

Lifeline Program Assistant Work Schedule

• Part-time, 20 hours per week. Schedule is Monday and Wednesday, 9a-4p, and Fridays 9a-4:30p.
