Senior AI Growth Enginer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior AI Growth Engineer based in United States.

As a Senior AI Growth Engineer, you will build the systems that power scalable customer acquisition and demand generation.
You will design and ship AI-driven infrastructure spanning audience intelligence, enrichment, personalization, and campaign automation.
Your work will connect data, marketing, experimentation, and CRM systems into reliable acquisition workflows.
You will identify high-potential customer segments and develop models that help prioritize the right audiences and opportunities.
Working closely with demand generation, lifecycle marketing, data, sales, and product marketing teams, you will turn growth goals into automated programs.
The role combines hands-on engineering with experimentation, analytics, and entrepreneurial problem-solving.
You will have a direct impact on building repeatable, measurable acquisition motions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain automated customer acquisition systems, including AI-driven outbound and AI SDR workflows.
  • Develop enrichment pipelines that combine internal data with relevant third-party signals and other data sources.
  • Build and maintain lead routing and lifecycle automation systems.
  • Create personalization logic based on audience segments, behavioral signals, and customer lifecycle stages.
  • Operate personalization and acquisition workflows reliably and at scale.
  • Instrument and integrate customer data, marketing automation, CRM, and experimentation platforms.
  • Identify high-propensity customer segments by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Build models and scoring systems that prioritize acquisition targets and audiences.
  • Use AI and automation to enrich customer and audience profiles through data append, signal aggregation, and appropriate web data collection.
  • Translate pipeline and growth objectives into automated campaign workflows covering acquisition, onboarding, and account graduation.
  • Build experimentation infrastructure for testing messaging, offers, channels, and campaign strategies.
  • Analyze experiment results and help convert successful pilots into scalable, evergreen acquisition programs.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards covering funnel performance, segment health, and campaign attribution.
  • Partner with demand generation and lifecycle marketing leadership to build platforms and systems supporting their programs.
  • Collaborate with data and analytics teams to access, clean, structure, and model data for segmentation and measurement.
  • Work with marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to align acquisition systems with messaging, territory, and outbound priorities.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve acquisition efficiency.
  • Contribute to a culture of rapid testing, iteration, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience building automated systems, data-driven growth infrastructure, or comparable technical solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven automation, audience intelligence, personalization, acquisition systems, or marketing technology.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively with quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Experience building or working with audience segmentation, scoring, enrichment, or prioritization models.
  • Experience integrating CRM, marketing automation, customer data, experimentation, and related technology platforms.
  • Ability to design reliable data flows, triggers, pipelines, and automated workflows across multiple systems.
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks and using data to evaluate messaging, offers, channels, or acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to build reporting and measurement systems that surface funnel performance, attribution, and audience health.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with a preference for automating repeatable problems rather than handling them manually.
  • Entrepreneurial approach with a strong bias toward experimentation, iteration, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous, data-rich, and rapidly changing environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical systems into clear narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing, sales, data, analytics, and product teams.
  • Curiosity and an analytical, rigorous approach to solving complex problems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adapting as technologies, customer behaviors, and business priorities evolve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment-based immigration sponsorship, both currently and in the future.
Benefits:
  • Compensation range of $180,000–$215,000 USD, based on experience.
  • A collaborative environment emphasizing respect, honesty, teamwork, and professional growth.
  • Culture that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
  • Supportive and empathetic team environment.
  • Strong emphasis on continuous learning and an “always learning” mindset.
  • Opportunity to work on AI-driven systems with direct impact on customer acquisition and growth.
  • Encouragement to contribute ideas, experiment, and take ownership of meaningful initiatives.
  • Commitment to an inclusive workplace and equal opportunity for qualified candidates.
  • Reasonable accommodations available to enable candidates and employees with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
