About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing People & Talent team and take ownership of direct hiring activity across the UK and Europe. Reporting to the Head of Talent, Global, you will play a critical role in ensuring the business attracts, engages and hires exceptional talent to support our ambitious growth plans.

You will partner closely with leaders across Operations, Project Delivery, Commercial and Corporate functions, acting as a trusted advisor who brings market intelligence, recruitment expertise and workforce insights to every hiring decision. From workforce planning and talent mapping through to attraction, assessment, offer management and onboarding, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Previous experience within construction, engineering, M&E, industrial services or project-based environments is highly desirable.

Requirements:

About You: You will have experience delivering end-to-end recruitment within an in-house, RPO or agency environment, ideally across multiple countries and functions. You are confident sourcing and engaging passive talent, building talent pipelines and managing recruitment activity within fast-moving, commercially focused organisations. Candidates who have experience within Construction, Engineering or Robotics will be preferred.
