This role is a key driver of commercial excellence, focused on building scalable, data-driven, and predictable sales operations across global markets. You will design and optimize end-to-end commercial processes that directly impact pipeline performance, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth. Acting as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and regional teams, you will translate business strategy into operational models that improve execution and decision-making. The position combines analytics, CRM transformation, and commercial governance, ensuring that sales organizations operate with clarity, discipline, and efficiency. You will also play a central role in defining metrics, enabling insights, and shaping how commercial performance is measured and improved. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role in a global, matrixed, and fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of global pipeline governance frameworks, ensuring consistency in opportunity management, forecasting, and deal progression.
  • Establish and maintain commercial operating rhythms, including pipeline reviews, forecast cycles, and quarterly business review inputs.
  • Translate sales strategy into scalable, system-enabled CRM processes, ensuring alignment between tools, workflows, and business needs.
  • Drive CRM optimization and digitalization initiatives across the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including lead-to-opportunity and post-close processes.
  • Define and manage global commercial performance metrics, including leading, lagging, and productivity indicators.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that transform data into actionable insights for commercial leadership.
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to evaluate and implement sales technologies and automation solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to improve commercial execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 6–10+ years in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement roles.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing pipeline governance frameworks and CRM-driven sales processes.
  • Strong expertise with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and related sales technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into insights, recommendations, and executive-level narratives.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed, and fast-changing environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Experience in medtech, healthcare, capital equipment, or complex B2B sales environments is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, forecasting methodologies, and commercial performance metrics.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentive plan eligibility.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan (401k) with employer contribution and matching.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and short-term disability coverage.
  • Employee stock purchase plan and long-term financial benefits.
  • Health savings account and flexible spending accounts.
  • Tuition reimbursement and continuous learning support programs.
  • Wellness programs and employee assistance resources.
  • Flexible remote work model with occasional travel (approx. 15%).
  • Inclusive, global work environment focused on collaboration and innovation.
