Location: Laguna Hills, CA
Compensation: $20-22/hour

At Coffee Dose, we aren’t your average corporate caffeine factory. We’re fast-paced, a little bit "extra," and we serve the Basic B*tch Latte in Laguna Hills with a side of zero BS. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who can lead our drive-through squad with high energy and a sharp wit.
What You’ll Actually Do
Lead the "front line" of our shop ensuring the workflow is as smooth as our oat milk lattes.
Act as the ultimate mentor for our baristas, fostering a culture where personality is celebrated and bureaucracy is left at the door.
Ensure every Basic B*tch Latte and specialty brew meets our high-quality, high-attitude standards.
Handle customer concerns or operational hiccups with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
Partner with the Store Manager on scheduling, inventory, and training to keep the shop running like a well-caffeinated machine.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Who You Are
You have a real personality and know how to use it to motivate a team.
You thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and can make quick decisions under pressure.
You take the craft of coffee seriously, even if you don't take yourself too seriously.
You’ve got a background in retail, hospitality, or specialty coffee leadership (if you’ve crushed it in a drive-through before, we definitely want to talk).
