Sales Development Representative (SDR) About the Role We are seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound pipeline generation. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will own the early stages of the sales funnel—identifying high-value prospects and creating meaningful conversations that convert into opportunities for our Account Executives. Responsibilities • Outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. • Identify decision-makers within B2B organizations (primarily in tech). • Qualify leads inbound and outbound to uncover business needs, pain points, and fit. • Book qualified meetings and generate pipeline for Account Executives. • Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM (e.g., SNV or similar). • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets. • Collaborate with AEs and leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and conversion strategies. Requirements • SDR experience or outbound B2B sales (2+ years). • Proven success in cold calling and outbound prospecting. • Experience selling or setting appointments for SaaS products and/or recruiting services (strongly preferred). • Familiarity with B2B tech environments. • Experience selling or setting appointments for SaaS products and/or recruiting services (strongly preferred) • Strong communication skills—confident, clear, and persuasive. • Resilience and growth mindset in high-volume outreach environments. • Organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable with CRM tools. What Success Looks Like • Consistently hitting or exceeding outreach and meeting booking targets. • Delivering high-quality, qualified pipeline to the sales team. • Contributing to improved conversion rates through feedback and iteration. • Building a strong understanding of the product, ICP, and sales process.
