Project Manager
Total Site Solutions (TSS), Georgetown, TX, is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating technical rack integration and/or configuration services projects from inception to completion. Each role will help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires self-motivation, the ability to think outside the box, and the ability to adapt as needed to successfully fulfill the role. A good working knowledge of project management, an understanding of the importance of quality, and the ability to work with MRB processes are key parts of the job description. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members, while also fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the role involves managing change orders and submittals, requiring a keen eye for detail and proactive problem-solving skills. Ultimately, the Project Manager will contribute to the successful delivery of projects that meet client expectations and enhance the company's reputation in the industry. This is an on-site role in our Georgetown location.
This role requires a project manager who can support a work shift from Thursday through Monday, 0830am to 5pm (including Saturday and Sunday), with the off days being Tuesday and Wednesday.
This role may require the project manager to work additional hours as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of PM experience.
- Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong written and verbal customer communication experience.
- Strong EXCEL knowledge/use.
- PMP or CAPM preferred.
- Daily Onsite/In-Office Attendance required.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Net Suite knowledge
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients and team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Review and approve change orders and submittals, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular check-in meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure processes are followed.
- Prepare and present project reports, including status updates to stakeholders.
- Having an out of the box mindset, who can think on their feet, while also ensuring that they maintain a high degree of accountability in all that they do.
- Can be trusted to effectively manage their projects without supervision, while at the same time being empowered to manage their projects effectively and efficiently.
- Is willing to identify continuous improvement as a standard practice.
Skills
The required skills will be utilized daily to ensure effective project management and client satisfaction. Customer service skills will enhance communication with clients and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel will aid in documentation and data analysis, while knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality help ensure compliance with industry standards. Additionally, skills in managing change orders, utilizing NetSuite, and submittals will be critical in adapting to project needs and maintaining workflow efficiency.
