We’re looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team at DACUT Cannabis Retail! This role is perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys working with inventory, and takes pride in ensuring every order is accurate, compliant, and delivered efficiently.
As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting both our inventory and sales teams. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and contribute to the smooth running of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Accuracy: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders in compliance with state and company regulations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain up-to-date stock counts and assist with regular audits.
- Organization: Keep stockrooms organized and assist with inventory replenishment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with retail and management teams to ensure timely fulfillment and product availability.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on current product offerings to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in fulfillment, inventory, warehouse, or cannabis operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Must be 21+ years old and able to pass all required background checks.
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of cannabis products and proper handling procedures.
- Ability to follow compliance guidelines and maintain meticulous records.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts.
- Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull inventory or packaged products weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach overhead while organizing inventory, stocking products, and fulfilling orders.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks, including picking, packing, labeling, and scanning products throughout the workday.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume retail and inventory environment with frequent movement and multitasking.
- Must have the manual dexterity to handle cannabis products, packaging materials, inventory equipment, and computer systems accurately and safely.
- Ability to use inventory management software, handheld scanners, computers, and other operational equipment for extended periods.
- Ability to maintain focus, accuracy, and attention to detail while processing orders and managing inventory.
- Capable of communicating effectively with team members, managers, and other departments regarding inventory and fulfillment needs.
- Comfortable working in varying retail and stockroom conditions, including moderate noise levels and frequent movement between work areas.
