The National Delivery Leader will provide strategic and operational leadership for clinical education delivery programs, ensuring successful execution, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, team leadership, and the ability to manage complex initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Lead the execution of national clinical education and customer adoption programs aligned with organizational goals and customer outcomes.
- Manage clinical education teams and oversee multiple specialty areas to ensure effective delivery of high-impact programs.
- Approve and manage complex customer projects while ensuring contractual, financial, operational, and quality requirements are met.
- Develop customer success strategies focused on feedback, continuous improvement, retention, and service excellence.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, product teams, sales, customer success, and global education stakeholders to create innovative solutions.
- Drive operational and financial performance through budget management, resource optimization, risk mitigation, and KPI tracking.
- Manage course offerings to achieve participation, financial, and operational objectives.
- Oversee physician speaker relationships, including sourcing, performance management, and cost optimization.
- Develop team capabilities through coaching, talent development, and performance management.
- Promote the use of AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and support strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced healthcare or business operations leader with a strong background in clinical education, customer success, and complex program management. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead teams while managing multiple stakeholders.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in business operations, clinical education, customer success, healthcare services, or a related field.
- Experience leading teams and managing complex cross-functional programs.
- Experience within ultrasound, medical imaging, or healthcare technology strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, Clinical Sciences, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, program management, change management, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with stakeholder management, budget planning, resource allocation, KPI management, and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, customer success methodologies, and physician faculty management preferred.
- Clinical certifications such as RDMS or RDCS and adult education certifications are a plus.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect operational decisions to measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to travel regularly, including overnight travel (approximately 30%).
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future sponsorship.
- Competitive base salary range:
- $117,000–$186,000 depending on location and experience.
- Higher geographic ranges available in select states, up to $208,300.
