Job Description
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Campus Recreation, Business Operations, the Coordinator of Campus Recreation, Marketing/Staff Development position is responsible for the overall presentation of Campus Recreation to the campus community and beyond, while also organizing events and trainings for all levels of staff within the department. This includes marketing across various mediums, management of the Marketing Team, and event planning, as well as providing customer service to patrons. This position supports all areas of Campus Recreation as needed, and is a hub for Campus Recreation operations.

Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
- Knowledge of the digital and social landscapes and ability to generate successful social content; must be active in social media
- Ability to create promotional materials that effectively attracts the target audience in a clear and concise manner preferred
