  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance service delivery effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced services and operations leader with a strong background in partner ecosystems, service delivery management, and scaling operational programs. They should have demonstrated success building measurable governance models and leading cross-functional initiatives in dynamic technology environments.

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership and operations management experience, including experience with partner-led services organizations.

  • Strong experience designing and managing service delivery operations, including KPIs, SLAs, quality controls, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated success working in metrics-driven environments focused on customer satisfaction and partner outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including sales, product, legal, operations, and customer experience functions.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and create alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience identifying and implementing AI-driven improvements within service delivery or operational workflows.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
