CANTEEN, our new café concept inside the WSA Building, is growing, and we’re looking for experienced, hospitality-driven professionals to join the team.

Now Hiring

CANTEEN Supervisor — $25.00/hour (W-2) + tips

Barista — $18.00/hour (W-2) + tips

Overtime eligible per company policy.

About the Opportunity

Located inside the WSA Building, CANTEEN is part of a 700,000 sq. ft. creative campus where fashion, arts, culture, and technology intersect. We’re building a café experience that is welcoming, efficient, polished, and quality-driven, and we’re looking for team members who are excited to grow with a new concept during its opening phase.

What We’re Looking For

Supervisor candidates should have:

• Prior opening experience in a café, fast casual venue, or similar environment
• Fast casual and barista experience using manual espresso machines
• 4+ years of front-of-house experience in high-volume settings
• 3+ years of shift lead or supervisor experience
• Active NYC Food Protection Certificate
• Knowledge of Toast strongly preferred

Barista candidates should have:

• Barista experience in a high-volume café, fast casual, or hospitality setting
• Experience with manual espresso machines strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, and guest service
• All candidates should have:
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Availability between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to approximately 20 lbs.
