Madison Telecommunications is seeking experienced professionals with backgrounds in commercial broadband, structured cabling, low-voltage systems, fiber, networking, or telecommunications. · Install, troubleshoot, and maintain communications systems for businesses.

· Work in office buildings, retail stores, medical facilities, apartment communities, schools, restaurants, new construction, and existing commercial properties.

· Install broadband, voice, and commercial networking equipment.

· Run, terminate, label, and test coax, Ethernet, and fiber cabling.

· Mount network equipment, racks, and communications hardware.

· Install and configure routers, switches, wireless access points, and business Wi-Fi systems.

· Read work orders and project documentation.

· Troubleshoot technical issues while delivering professional customer service.

· Work independently or alongside other skilled technicians depending on the project.

· Work on a variety of commercial projects throughout the Southeast.

· Expand your technical skills across broadband, structured cabling, networking, and fiber.

· Be recognized and rewarded for quality workmanship.

· Advance into Lead Technician, Commercial Project Lead, Fiber, Training, Quality Control, or Leadership.

Because our technicians work independently inside customers' homes and businesses and operate company vehicles, all applicants must meet our customer, insurance, and company hiring requirements.

Minimum qualifications include:

· Be at least 21 years of age (required by our commercial vehicle insurance carrier).

· Hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

· Successfully meet our background screening requirements:

? No felony convictions.

? No pending criminal charges.

? Misdemeanor convictions are reviewed on an individual basis.

· Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen. Madison Telecommunications is a Drug-Free Workplace.

· Be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.
