We're looking for a Technical Analyst to join our data and systems team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Analysing data and building SQL Server queries, pipelines and stored procedures
• Building and improving Power BI dashboards used across the business
• Helping integrate LLM tools (via Azure AI Foundry) into everyday processes
• Writing Python scripts to automate manual work
• Supporting systems like Access People Planner, Zoho CRM and Fountain ATS
• Talking directly to the people who'll use what you build

What We're Looking For

• A CS / Information Systems degree or equivalent self-taught experience
• Hands-on SQL and Python exposure (uni, placement, or personal projects)
• Curiosity about AI/LLM tools and comfort talking directly to stakeholders
• A genuine willingness to learn and ask questions

Nice to have: Power BI exposure, interest in social care, experience with CRMs or ATS tools
