We are seeking one Senior Business Operations Consultant for a part-time contract opportunity with FM Talent Source for one of our valued clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Support Program Operations and Administration with surge onboarding and recruiting activities across the GrantSolutions program, including:
- Tracking status of GrantSolutions requisitions, circulating and tracking resumes, following up with interviewers on interview availability/scheduling, obtaining feedback, and communicating next steps
- Initiating onboarding of new Guidehouse and subcontractor staff, including obtaining Partner approval, facilitating Security clearance, and completing onboarding Jira tickets
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, program administration, project coordination, recruiting operations, or workforce management.
- Experience supporting federal government programs, contractors, or grant management programs preferred.
- Strong experience coordinating recruiting and hiring activities.
- Experience managing onboarding processes for employees and subcontractors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR systems, or recruiting tools.
- Experience with Jira or similar workflow/ticket management systems.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and track multiple recruiting and onboarding activities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with federal security clearance processes and personnel onboarding requirements.
- Knowledge of government contracting environments, including prime contractor and subcontractor staffing processes.
- Experience supporting GrantSolutions or other federal grants management programs.
- Project management or operations management experience.

Compensation Range: The salary range provided is determined by market value, internal equity, and the candidate's experience and qualifications. Offers will be extended within this range, though not all candidates will receive an offer at the upper limit.
