You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where experimentation, innovation, and data-driven decision-making are highly valued.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Global Demand Generation Manager will lead the creation, execution, and optimization of demand programs that generate qualified pipeline and support revenue objectives across multiple markets. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign management, requiring strong collaboration across marketing, sales, and partner teams.

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation programs across paid media, SEM, email, webinars, content syndication, partner channels, and other marketing motions, managing initiatives from strategy through activation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Build differentiated demand strategies for Enterprise and Mid-Market audiences by aligning targeting, messaging, channels, and sales engagement approaches with business priorities.
  • Drive pipeline acceleration by identifying funnel gaps, improving conversion rates, increasing engagement, and creating programs that support account progression and revenue growth.
  • Leverage intent data, engagement signals, account intelligence, and marketing technologies to improve audience prioritization, campaign effectiveness, and sales alignment.
  • Advance account-based marketing initiatives by supporting account selection, segmentation, buying-group strategies, campaign orchestration, and performance measurement.
  • Design and scale partner-led demand generation programs, including co-marketing initiatives, strategic alliances, technology partnerships, and ecosystem campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and BDR teams to ensure campaign signals translate into effective sales actions and customer engagement.
  • Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign impact, pipeline contribution, account engagement, and overall marketing performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve demand generation processes, tools, and workflows through experimentation, analysis, and continuous optimization.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes and measurable impact.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B SaaS demand generation professional with a proven ability to build revenue-focused marketing programs, influence cross-functional teams, and operate effectively in a global environment.

  • Significant experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, with ownership of pipeline creation, campaign performance, and revenue outcomes.
  • Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel demand generation programs across different markets and customer segments.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise and Mid-Market buying motions, including differences in targeting, engagement, sales alignment, and measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with account-based marketing strategies, including segmentation, account selection, orchestration, activation, and reporting.
  • Experience using intent data, account intelligence platforms, or marketing technologies such as 6sense or similar solutions.
  • Background in partner marketing, ecosystem programs, strategic alliances, co-selling initiatives, or technology partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect marketing activities to meaningful business results.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, make informed decisions, and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams and regions.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a passion for testing new approaches, improving processes, and driving innovation.
  • Strong ownership mentality, accountability, and ability to independently move initiatives forward.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range of $116,100–$162,700 CAD.
  • Remote work flexibility with opportunities to collaborate across global teams.
  • Opportunity to influence global demand generation strategy and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Exposure to enterprise marketing, account-based strategies, and partner ecosystem development.
