The Coordinator works closely with In Camp and Activities Coordinators to discuss the needs of the in-camp program and determine how team members can assist with camp programming, and has primary responsibility for supervising and facilitating leadership development lessons and opportunities, organizing daily schedules, planning for coverage of leaders, and facilitating daily skits and activities.
