Location: Red Bank, NJ; In Person

Starting at $20.00 per hour

Office Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:00pm, Saturdays: 8:00am-12:00pm

Schedule: Full time. Four 9-hour days per week + 1–2 Saturdays per month

Integrated Medical Alliance (IMA) is seeking a Certified Pediatric Medical Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working in a busy pediatric environment Responsibilities may include:

• Rooming pediatric patients
• Obtaining and documenting vital signs
• Preparing patients for examinations and procedures
• Administering vaccines and injections as directed
• Updating patient information and medical histories
• Assisting providers during examinations and procedures
• Communicating professionally with parents and caregivers
• Maintaining clean, organized, and properly stocked clinical areas
• Supporting the clinical team with additional duties as needed
• IMA is looking for someone who enjoys working with children, understands the importance of creating a positive experience for families, and is ready to become a reliable member of our pediatric care team

. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*Medical Assistant certification is an absolute requirement.*Candidates must also:

• Be available to work 1–2 Saturdays per month from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• 1-2 years CMA experience; Pediatric preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
• Be comfortable interacting professionally and compassionately with parents and children of all ages
• Be very comfortable administering vaccines to pediatric patients of all ages
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be dependable, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced medical office
• Maintain a positive, patient-focused attitude
