BDC Sales & Service Manager – INFINITI Stuart

INFINITI Stuart, a flagship dealership within the prestigious Murgado Automotive Group, is looking for an experienced, energetic BDC Sales & Service Manager who thrives on leading a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional client experience. If you love luxury automotive, coaching people to win, and turning leads into loyal customers, this is your next move.
What You’ll Own- Lead the daily operations of the BDC so every lead is worked quickly, professionally, and consistently
- Build and refine processes that drive more quality appointments for both sales and service
- Coach, train, and motivate BDC representatives to hit (and exceed) individual and team goals
- Own the numbers — track KPIs, spot trends, and continuously improve conversion and customer satisfaction
- Partner closely with Sales, Service, and Marketing so leads never fall through the cracks
- Set the standard for how clients are treated from the very first contact
- Proven BDC management experience (automotive preferred)
- Track record of leading a successful team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong coaching ability and comfort holding people accountable
- Excellent communication skills and solid CRM proficiency
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Analytical, organized, and able to turn data into action
