Business Development Manager – Construction and Property Services
Join Pro-Max Restoration, a dynamic Miami-based contractor renowned for excellence in structural repair, concrete restoration, waterproofing, and renovation services for condominiums and commercial properties across South Florida. As we experience rapid growth, we are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to serve as our primary growth catalyst. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead market expansion efforts by identifying, pursuing, and securing new projects across our diverse service lines.
In this field-first, self-directed position, you will focus on penetrating Florida’s condominium, HOA, hospitality, commercial, and municipal sectors. Your expertise in building and nurturing professional relationships will be instrumental in expanding our client base and strengthening our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets within targeted sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a robust network of property managers, board members, engineers, architects, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are successfully transitioned from sales to execution.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development within the construction, restoration, or property services industry.
Strong network within Florida’s condominium, HOA, hospitality, commercial, or municipal sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of construction processes, project management, and relevant regulations is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated success in building long-term client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
- Proven success in building a B2B pipeline from scratch
- Industry experience in construction, specialty contracting, property management, real estate, or related fields
- Existing network of Florida property managers, engineers, or hospitality contacts is highly advantageous
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Procore, or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Florida driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
- Preferred: bachelor's degree; membership in CAI, BOMA, FAPM, or ULI; familiarity with Florida's Condominium Act and building-safety / milestone-inspection requirements
