Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Administrator to serve as the primary HR professional supporting a dynamic team of over 80 employees. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee a comprehensive range of HR functions, ensuring positive employee experience and compliance with organizational policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR functions for a team of 80+ employees, including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR operations.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts by partnering with hiring managers on workforce planning, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, selecting candidates, administering offers, and facilitating onboarding.
- Oversee the onboarding process by conducting new hire orientations, processing onboarding documentation, completing I-9 forms and employment eligibility verification, coordinating background checks, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Administer the Paylocity HRIS system, maintaining accurate employee records, managing benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and organizational policies.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent education and/or experience will be considered.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably supporting a similar-sized workforce.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Paylocity or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
