SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, the HR Manager will act as a strategic partner, aligning business objectives with HR programs. The HR Manager will act as the focal point for employees and inquiries related to benefits, payroll, employee relations, and recruiting, staffing, compensation and training/development while supporting the employees and management for Operations, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Support Services, Marketing & Merchandising and Supply Chain, and Logistics departments.
