Job Description

Director of Process Improvement

PureTek Corporation is seeking a Director of Process Improvement to lead efforts that make our business more efficient and scalable. This role will work across departments to understand how work is currently being done, identify opportunities to improve processes, and help teams implement practical solutions that deliver measurable results. The Director will partner with leaders and employees at all levels to improve quality, reduce waste and unnecessary complexity, strengthen accountability, and support PureTek’s continued growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, bringing people together, and turning improvement opportunities into lasting change. This position will work onsite in Panorama City, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, cost, and customer experience.
  • Lead improvement projects from planning through implementation and follow-up.
  • Work with leaders and employees across the organization to understand challenges and develop practical solutions.
  • Use data and performance metrics to identify problems and measure results.
  • Standardize successful processes and help teams adopt new ways of working.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and problem-solving.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and performance measures.
  • Present recommendations and progress to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in process improvement, operations, continuous improvement, or a similar role.
  • Someone bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel, and experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing teams without direct authority.
  • Ability to turn complex problems into clear, practical solutions.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methods is a plus.
