Qualifications:

· 5+ years of event management or in-store promotion experience, with a track record of success.

· Expertise in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing high-performing teams.

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities.

· An outgoing, enthusiastic personality with an unwavering drive and strong work ethic.

· Proficiency in managing budgets, being resourceful, delivering results.

· A high school diploma is required, with a college degree being highly preferred.

· Home improvement industry experience is a valuable asset.
