Freemind’s Marcom team delivers integrated marketing programs that support high-profile initiatives, campaigns, and events. As a Senior Marketing Manager for the Marcom team, you will lead client-facing marketing strategy and campaign execution, ensuring brand consistency, audience alignment, and measurable results across owned, earned, and paid channels.
This role operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and storytelling, bringing together cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing programs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in high-tech marketing communications, experience managing complex client relationships, and the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies that drive engagement and performance.
*This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days onsite per week in Seattle, WA*Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client marketing programs from strategy through execution, reporting, and optimization, ensuring alignment with business and campaign objectives.
- Develop integrated marketing strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels to drive engagement, awareness, and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee content development and brand management, ensuring all deliverables align with client brand standards and receive appropriate internal approvals prior to delivery.
- Translate client goals into actionable marketing plans, ensuring clarity of execution across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance, event registration trends, and audience data to generate insights and optimize future marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution across all channels.
- Manage complex, multi-workstream project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using tools such as Monday.com and Excel.
- Serve as the primary client-facing lead for assigned accounts, managing communication, expectations, and strategic updates.
- Track and submit monthly Proof of Execution (POE) documentation in compliance with organizational reporting requirements.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and overall campaign performance.
- Ensure all marketing programs adhere to brand guidelines, operational standards, and quality expectations across all deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to translate marketing goals into actionable and measurable marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing communications across owned, earned, and paid media.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to internal and client audiences.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, and Microsoft 365 applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Planner, OneNote).
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a commitment to data-driven insights and high-quality deliverables.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of strategic marketing communications experience supporting corporate and technology-focused marketing programs, campaigns, or events.
