Job Description

Manager, CRM Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, CRM Marketing based in United States.

This role leads a CRM strategy team focused on building meaningful customer relationships across the full lifecycle. You’ll oversee campaigns that drive engagement, retention, loyalty, and long-term customer value. The position combines lifecycle strategy, customer segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and performance analysis. You’ll shape channel mix and communication cadence while creating cohesive experiences across email, in-app, and push channels. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Analytics, you’ll turn customer data into actionable opportunities and scalable strategies. You’ll also mentor a small CRM team and help elevate strategic thinking in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Accountabilities:

As Manager, CRM Marketing, you’ll own the strategic direction and operational execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns are coordinated, personalized, measurable, and aligned with broader business goals.

  • Lead a CRM strategy team responsible for planning, creating, and implementing complex campaigns across the customer journey.
  • Develop and optimize customer journeys by mapping key touchpoints and interactions to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Establish the right channel mix and communication cadence based on audience behavior, lifecycle stage, and business objectives.
  • Own customer segmentation strategy and management, evaluating segment and campaign performance and partnering with Analytics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop a long-term vision for audience strategy and translate customer insights into scalable engagement initiatives.
  • Orchestrate cross-channel personalization and ensure consistent messaging and customer experiences across platforms.
  • Oversee A/B testing and experimentation roadmaps to identify opportunities for performance improvement and incremental lift.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform innovative customer engagement strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and other stakeholders to align CRM campaigns, priorities, and roadmaps.
  • Own the CRM calendar and daily, weekly, and monthly campaign schedules, maintaining a robust content calendar.
  • Analyze campaign performance and communicate actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor CRM team members in lifecycle strategy, strategic thinking, and business case development.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep CRM and lifecycle marketing expertise, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to lead both people and complex initiatives in a fast-moving environment.

  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related discipline preferred, but not required.
  • Strong experience developing and executing CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies across multiple stages of the customer journey.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Braze, Moveable Ink, or comparable tools highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of email, in-app, and push marketing best practices, along with solid copywriting skills.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, experimentation, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and performance metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively across Marketing, Product, Analytics, and other teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in Daily Fantasy Sports or the gaming industry is preferred.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members while contributing hands-on strategic expertise.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not currently available.
Benefits
  • $110,000–$130,000 salary range, with actual compensation determined by location, skills, experience, education, role, and level.
  • Annual bonus opportunity.
  • Company-subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with company match.
  • Flexible PTO designed to support work-life balance.
  • Generous paid leave programs, including 16 weeks of paid parental leave and disability benefits.
  • Workplace flexibility and modern work schedules focused on outcomes rather than hours worked.
  • Company-wide in-person events and team outings.
  • Lifestyle enhancement program.
  • Company-provided equipment, with Windows and Mac options.
  • Annual performance reviews with opportunities for career growth and development.
  • Remote work opportunities across the United States, with Atlanta preferred.
