Summary:
The Trust Services Administrator provides a full range of support to the Trust Services segment.
Essential Functions:

- Maintain a working knowledge of trust products and services to provide quality support to Trust Relationship Managers.
- Coordinate trust services activities, as directed, daily and collaborate with operations staff to ensure high-quality customer service and delivery of daily goals and objectives.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties including but not limited to researching and compiling data and reports, answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, processing invoices for payment, sorting mail, and imaging.
- Assist with managing referral leads and scheduling those appointments.
- Assist with and perform research into client inquiries or other matters.
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Manage the Advisor Stream system.
- Under supervision, monitor daily activity in client accounts to ensure accuracy, ensure appropriateness, and identify possible suspicious activity.
- Perform highly confidential and skilled administrative duties using the trust accounting system.
- Work within general reports and other correspondence to support the administration of developing reports, presentations, forms, and other documents as requested.
- Create, prepare and distribute mail merge documents and letters and help to put together proposals.
- Maintain a working understanding of, and comply with, trust policies, procedures and applicable trust regulations.
- Work on routine client requests and enlist Trust Relationship Managers' support/input where appropriate.
- Responsible for taking minutes at various Committee meetings.
- Complete a variety of client service requests for multiple clients, including high net worth.
- Follow detailed procedures and checklists in the account opening/closing processes.
- Support division and segment leadership on daily administration needs.
- Participate in outside service organizations to promote the community and advance the Bank’s image.
- Assist the Trust Services segment with projects, filing, and general office management tasks.
Required Education and Experience:
- 2-year degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience.
- Up to 2 years of related work experience.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven skills to communicate effectively with management, co-workers, and customers.
- Must have a professional appearance and manner.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Expected to participate in appropriate educational classes as management requires.

This job operates in a professional work environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, monitors, mouse, keyboard, phones, printers, scanners, photocopiers, filing cabinets, calculators, and fax machines. Because of the physical location of this position, ringing phones and people conversing can make it difficult to hear at times, which can be distracting.

The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, including standard computer and copy paper boxes, and open and close filing cabinets and drawers.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Flexibility of schedule to meet business needs is required.
Hourly Rate: $18.50/hr. - $25.00/hr.
Pay Transparency:
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive-eligible, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
