Kilter Termite and Pest Control is hiring an experienced Termite Sales Inspector / California Branch 3 Field Representative to join our Long Beach team.

We provide our Sales Inspectors with the tools and opportunities needed to succeed, including pre-qualified company leads, a company vehicle, gas card, cell phone, paid training, benefits, and commission opportunities.

• $25.00 per hour base pay — approximately $52,000 annually at 40 hours per week
• Commission in addition to base pay

As a Kilter Termite Sales Inspector, you will:

• Conduct thorough residential and commercial property inspections
• Work pre-qualified company-provided sales leads
• Identify termite, wood-destroying organism, pest-control, and repair needs
• Recommend appropriate treatment and repair solutions
• Prepare estimates and clearly explain recommendations to customers
• Follow up on pending estimates and sales opportunities
• Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals
• Confidently ask for the sale and close business
• Coordinate with our production team to help ensure scheduled work is completed to Kilter standards
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process

• Ability to regularly lift approximately 35–40 lbs.

• California Branch 3 Field Representative License — REQUIRED
• Valid driver’s license
• Good driving record

Requirements:

As a Termite Inspector, you’ll be responsible for understanding Kilter termite and Pest Control’s protection services and how to make recommendations to customers. By performing thorough inspections (including attics and crawl spaces) you’ll be able to solve problems and build trusted relationships. Listening to Customer needs and clearly explaining practical solutions is essential.

• At least 1 year of termite and pest control industry sales experience
• A SPCB Branch 3 license is MANDITORY
• Experience with in-home sales
• A valid driver's license with a good DMV record
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• A professional manner and appearance
