Role Summary

Support the delivery of HR transformation initiatives, HR technology programs, and process improvement activities across global HR functions. The role coordinates project activities, supports governance and prioritization processes, and helps drive execution across HR, technology, and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of HR transformation and HR technology initiatives.
  • Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, milestones, and action items.
  • Support intake, classification, prioritization, and governance of HR enhancement requests and initiatives.
  • Monitor SLAs and KPIs for HR Technology and Projects, analyze case drivers, root causes and system defects, facilitate operational prioritization
  • Monitor and analyse HR solutions roadmap incl new releases and maintain enhancement backlog
  • Coordinate with HR, HRIS, IT, vendors, and operational teams to ensure alignment and delivery progress.
  • Prepare project documentation, status updates, presentations, and governance materials.
  • Support process improvement, standardization, and operational optimization initiatives.
  • Assist with testing coordination, change tracking, communication activities, and rollout support.
  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs, prioritization trackers, and portfolio reporting.
  • Support PMO activities and continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, HR transformation, HR operations, or HR technology environments.
  • Understanding of HR processes and HR systems landscapes.
  • Experience supporting project governance, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination activities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with project management tools and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach
