- Drive business process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, scalability, and process optimization.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and enhanced operational performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process repositories, documentation, and process maps using industry-standard methodologies.
- Manage project-oriented workstreams including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to translate operational challenges into actionable process improvement objectives.
- Communicate process updates, risks, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders.
- Partner with engineering and technical teams to support the implementation of low-code and automation solutions aligned with enterprise technology strategies.
- Support strategic operational initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and business scalability across functions.
- Facilitate collaboration across geographically distributed and remote teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, process standardization, and continuous improvement best practices.
- Proven experience in business process improvement, operations strategy, project management, or process optimization roles.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with global or remote teams.
- Familiarity with process design methodologies and BPMN standards using tools such as Visio or Signavio.
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Qlik, or Alteryx.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience developing project plans, managing timelines, and delivering initiatives within budget and resource constraints.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ability to build strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of operational excellence frameworks, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
