Leadership Growth & Enablement Manager

This role focuses on designing and scaling leadership development programs that strengthen capability across the organization at every stage of the employee journey. You will translate strategic talent and learning priorities into practical, high-impact programs that support emerging and established leaders. Working within a broader People & Services and Learning Experience environment, you will collaborate across multiple teams to deliver consistent, engaging development experiences. The role blends program design, facilitation, and operational execution, with a strong emphasis on data-driven improvement and learner impact. You will also contribute to onboarding strategy for senior hires and ensure leadership development aligns with culture and business goals. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role in a fast-paced, people-focused environment with significant influence on organizational growth and leadership readiness.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving leadership and enablement programs that support organizational capability and talent growth across multiple levels.

  • Design, coordinate, and manage leadership development and high-potential programs, including scheduling, communications, systems management, and participant experience.
  • Partner with learning and people teams to build scalable leadership curricula, nomination processes, assessments, and development resources.
  • Support the creation and rollout of a company-wide coaching philosophy that guides leadership development practices.
  • Develop onboarding experiences for new hires and senior leaders, including Director-level and above, ensuring early development alignment and structured integration.
  • Track program effectiveness through metrics, reporting, and feedback loops to inform continuous improvement and decision-making.
  • Maintain program infrastructure, including calendars, dashboards, materials, and participant records to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between leadership development initiatives and broader people strategies.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings experience in leadership development or talent management, with the ability to design structured programs and deliver engaging learning experiences in a dynamic environment.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, talent management, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering leadership programs, assessments, and talent development initiatives, including exposure to succession planning and talent reviews.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage leadership audiences.
  • Experience supporting or coaching Director and VP-level professionals is highly valued.
  • Proficiency with learning and workplace tools such as LMS platforms, Microsoft 365, scheduling systems, and digital content tools (e.g., Canva, GenAI tools).
  • Strong collaboration skills across diverse and global teams; international experience is a plus.
  • Coaching or leadership assessment certifications (e.g., ICF, Hogan, DiSC, CliftonStrengths) are a plus.
  • Strong organizational awareness and ability to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions.
