Role Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented TikTok Shop Associate to support our social commerce expansion. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams, agency partners, and creators to ensure campaign readiness and scale account performance.

You will directly assist our dedicated TikTok Shop team with various tasks and projects, making this an ideal role for someone passionate about social platforms and data-driven results.

What You Bring

Required:
• Interest or basic experience with social platforms, ecommerce, or digital marketing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes consistently
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in a collaborative team environment
• Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and workflows

Preferred (but not required):
• Exposure to TikTok, TikTok Shop, or other social commerce platforms
• Experience supporting ecommerce or marketplace operations (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.)
• Experience coordinating with internal teams and following established processes
• Experience handling product shipments, samples, or kits
