Real Estate Marketing Coordinator in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at Sage Sotheby’s International Realty

Sage Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support and execute the brokerage’s marketing initiatives, with primary responsibility for Oklahoma City and Tulsa, and additional support provided to the Kansas City office as needed.

This role is designed for an individual who takes ownership of their responsibilities, operates with initiative, and can move projects forward with minimal direction. The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining brand standards, supporting agent success, and ensuring consistent, high-quality marketing execution across multiple markets.

$45,000 to $55,000

• Execute marketing initiatives in alignment with Sotheby’s International Realty brand standards
• Review and assist with agent marketing to ensure compliance with brokerage policies, MLS rules, and state regulations
• Design and produce print and digital marketing materials for listings, agents, and company initiatives
• Manage and maintain marketing platforms (Rela, ActivePipe, RealScout, etc.) and assist with agent onboarding and support
• Coordinate and schedule social media content across company channels with a focus on brand consistency
• Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and quality across all markets
• Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns and track performance metrics
• Support planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and marketing initiatives across Oklahoma markets
• Maintain marketing asset libraries, templates, and databases
• Assist with reporting, data tracking, and general marketing operations

• 1–3+ years of marketing experience or relevant internship experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities across multiple markets
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of responsibilities and execute with minimal oversight
• Comfortable communicating clearly and confidently, including in group settings
• Ability to be direct, set boundaries, and uphold standards when working with agents
• High level of accountability and responsiveness; receptive to feedback and able to operate without constant direction
• Strong visual judgment with an eye for elevated design consistent with a luxury brand
• Working knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
• Basic photography and content creation skills preferred
• Comfortable learning and navigating marketing technology platforms
• High attention to detail and low tolerance for errors
• Professional demeanor consistent with a luxury brand
