Job Qualifications:
Five (5) or more consecutive years of experience providing the following services:
• Creating a Task Accomplishment Plan or similar planning document
• Business Analysis and Requirements Management
• Quality Assurance, Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Application Security Testing
Five (5) or more consecutive years working with information technology (IT) teams, communicating with teams, supporting team developments and responding to stakeholders. The Respondent must provide examples demonstrating team related experiences within technical engagements or projects.
Possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Desired Experience:
Two (2) or more consecutive years of experience in the last 10 years providing Agile/Scrum coordination and project support services in any technical classification to a State of California Department.
The compensation for this position is $120,000 to $160,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and PTO.
