Concierge in Valparaiso, Indiana at Weiss Entities

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Concierge to join our team! The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and prospects while helping ensure the community runs smoothly and efficiently. This position requires excellent customer service, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and organize resident packages
• Create and submit maintenance work orders as needed
• Dispatch standby maintenance staff for after-hours emergencies when necessary
• Periodically monitor the pool and outdoor community areas
• Prepare and organize prospect/leasing folders
• Assist with various administrative and operational tasks assigned by the Community Manager
• Perform light cleaning duties as needed
• Restock restroom supplies and maintain cleanliness of bathroom areas

Schedule & Environment This position may require evening, weekend, or holiday availability depending on community needs. The Concierge should be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors while monitoring community amenities and assisting residents.
