Wittenberg Village is hiring a Concierge to provide a welcoming, professional first impression while supporting residents, families, and visitors in our senior living community. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a mission-driven culture focused on hospitality and service.

What You’ll Do

• Provide a positive and professional first impression by greeting residents, visitors, and guests
• Answer and direct incoming calls and assist with inquiries
• Support resident move-ins, communication, and daily administrative tasks
• Monitor building activity and assist with safety and security procedures
• Coordinate services, events, and resident needs while maintaining accurate records
• Create a welcoming and engaging environment for all residents and guests

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 6 months of customer service or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to use multiple systems
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare settings
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
