- Perform routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other preventative maintenance
- Perform vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs
- Complete assigned services accurately and efficiently
- Communicate vehicle concerns and recommended repairs to Service Advisors
- Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer service standards
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe service bay
- Properly use and maintain tools and shop equipment
- Work alongside Service Technicians and other team members to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Put the customer and others first
- Ask for help and give help
- Create smiles
- Engage and build relationships
- Maintain an energetic, positive attitude and work well with others
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous automotive maintenance or service experience preferred, but not required
- Basic mechanical knowledge and a desire to develop automotive service skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
- Willingness to learn and continue developing technical skills
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
