• Perform routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other preventative maintenance
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs
• Complete assigned services accurately and efficiently
• Communicate vehicle concerns and recommended repairs to Service Advisors
• Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer service standards
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe service bay
• Properly use and maintain tools and shop equipment
• Work alongside Service Technicians and other team members to provide an exceptional customer experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous automotive maintenance or service experience preferred, but not required
• Basic mechanical knowledge and a desire to develop automotive service skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
• Willingness to learn and continue developing technical skills
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
