In-House Mechanic – Collision Repair Center in Columbus, Ohio at Direct Collision Center LLC

Direct Collision Center is seeking an experienced and dependable In-House Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a fast-paced collision repair environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (No Weekends)

• Perform mechanical repairs, including engines, suspension, brakes, electrical, and hybrid systems
• Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend repair solutions
• Collaborate with body technicians to ensure vehicles are fully repaired and road-ready
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Accurately document repairs, diagnostics, and parts usage

• Previous experience as an automotive mechanic or technician
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• ASE certifications, I-CAR training, collision repair experience, or CCC experience preferred but not required
