As a Federal Account Executive - Tribal Nations, you will play a critical role in expanding Paragon Micro's presence within Tribal Governments, Native American and Alaska Native organizations, Tribal Enterprises, and affiliated Federal programs.
This is more than a sales role. It is an opportunity to build trusted relationships within Tribal communities, support digital transformation initiatives, and help Tribal organizations leverage innovative technology to strengthen their operations, economic development, healthcare, education, public safety, and community services.
Your Opportunity for Impact
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and growing accounts within Tribal Nations, Tribal Enterprises, Native American organizations, and Indigenous government entities throughout the United States.
You will collaborate with top-tier engineers and technology experts to deliver innovative IT solutions while developing long-term relationships with Tribal leadership and key stakeholders. Your understanding of Tribal governance, procurement processes, sovereignty considerations, and Federal Tribal programs will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and customer success.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on Tribal Nations, Tribal Enterprises, and Indigenous organizations to drive long-term growth and customer success.
- Build trusted relationships with Tribal leaders, Tribal Councils, CIOs, IT Directors, procurement officials, economic development executives, and key influencers within Tribal communities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Tribal Government, Tribal Gaming, Tribal Healthcare, Tribal Education, Tribal Utilities, and Tribal Enterprise organizations.
- Partner with Paragon Micro Engineers, Solution Architects, and strategic partners to design customized technology solutions addressing customer priorities including Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Center, End User Computing, AI, and Managed Services.
- Navigate Tribal procurement processes and collaborate with organizations leveraging Federal grant funding, Tribal set-aside programs, and Indigenous economic development initiatives.
- Represent Paragon Micro at Tribal conferences, industry events, economic development forums, and community engagement activities.
- Maintain executive-level relationships and develop strategic growth plans that align technology investments with Tribal business and community objectives.
- Stay informed on Tribal technology initiatives, Federal funding opportunities, grant programs, and emerging technology trends impacting Tribal Nations.

Who You Are
You are a results-oriented sales professional with a passion for relationship-driven selling and creating lasting value for your customers. You understand the importance of trust, community engagement, and long-term partnership development within Tribal Nations and Indigenous organizations.
You are skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments, identifying strategic opportunities, and aligning technology solutions to organizational objectives. Your consultative approach, cultural awareness, and commitment to exceptional customer service make you a trusted advisor and valued business partner.
Requirements:- 6+ years of field-based technology sales experience selling IT solutions, professional services, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or managed services.
- Experience selling to Tribal Nations, Tribal Governments, Tribal Enterprises, Native American organizations, Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs), Federal Tribal programs, or closely related public-sector markets.
- Demonstrated understanding of Tribal sovereignty, governance structures, procurement processes, and economic development initiatives.
- Established relationships with Tribal leadership, Tribal Councils, CIOs, IT Directors, procurement officials, Tribal gaming organizations, Tribal healthcare systems, Tribal educational institutions, and/or Tribal enterprise leaders.
- Existing network of Tribal Nation and Indigenous organization contacts that can be leveraged to develop qualified opportunities and drive new business growth.
- Knowledge of Federal funding programs, grants, Tribal set-aside programs, and contract vehicles supporting Tribal organizations is highly preferred.
- Proven success prospecting, developing, and closing net-new business opportunities within Tribal or public-sector environments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage executive leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.
- High proficiency in business development, cold outreach, relationship cultivation, and consultative selling.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed revenue and profitability objectives.
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry-leading technology solutions and their application within Tribal Government and Enterprise environments.
- Willingness to travel to Tribal communities, conferences, and customer locations as required.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
